Product Description
The HC2D2H – 5.6 – A – W is a compact stainless steel 316L dual media miniBOOSTER unit, capable of delivering up to 1.6 liters per minute flow at the high-pressure end. It effectively raises supplied pressure to a higher outlet pressure and automatically compensates for oil consumption to maintain consistent high pressure. Adjustment of outlet pressure is achieved by varying the supplied pressure. Despite its high flow capability, this miniBOOSTER model is lightweight, weighing just 8.0 kilograms.

Functions Description
The system operates as follows: Media 1 enters through the IN port, passing through the bistable valve BV1 to drive the LP pistons. Simultaneously, Media 2 is drawn in from the suction inlet IN, passing through check valves KV1 and then pumped through check valves KV2 to the high-pressure side H. This configuration enables maximum flow through the booster, facilitating a fast-forward function. The system will automatically stall once the end pressure on the high-pressure side H is reached. If there’s a pressure drop on the high-pressure side due to consumption or leakage, the HP1 and HP2 units will activate automatically to maintain the end pressure.
