Product Description
The 51118 ISB is a single direction thrust ball bearing, designed for high rotational speeds. It consists of a shaft ring, housing ring, and ball and cage assembly. This open design allows for easy disassembly and separate mounting of components. However, it should be noted that this bearing can only be loaded axially in one direction, and the housing ring has a flat seat, so it cannot compensate for misalignment between the shaft and housing.
