Product Description
Introducing the 3780 Rose – a removable cone featuring the inner ring and rollers of a single-row tapered roller bearing. When combined with a compatible cup (outer ring), these parts form a complete tapered roller bearing, capable of absorbing radial and axial forces in one direction. Its conical raceways and tapered rollers prevent sliding, minimizing wear and requiring a minimum load for optimal operation. The separable cone and cup enable easy mounting and adjustment of axial clearance or preload during assembly. For guaranteed reliability, it’s best to replace the cone and cup simultaneously and utilize components from the same manufacturer to prevent potential bearing issues. Always pair the 3780 Rose with a matching cup from the same manufacturer for seamless operation.
