Product Description
The NP183776 Timken is a removable cone for a single-row tapered roller bearing, consisting of the inner ring and rollers. Paired with a separate cup, these components form a complete tapered roller bearing capable of absorbing radial and axial forces. The design prevents sliding movements, minimizing wear while requiring a minimum load for proper operation. The separable cone and cup allow for easy mounting and adjustment of axial clearance or preload. For reliable performance, it is recommended to replace both the cone and cup simultaneously, from the same manufacturer to prevent bearing problems.
