Product Description
The NJ2204ECP/VB021 SKF is a single-row cylindrical roller bearing that features a solid inner and outer ring with cylindrical rollers in a cage, providing support for higher speeds compared to full-complement cylinder roller bearings. With its rigid construction and ability to handle high radial forces, this bearing is suitable for applications such as gearboxes, agricultural machinery, pumps, compressors, and electric motors.
Featuring a NJ design with two rigid ribs on the outer ring and one rigid rib on the inner ring, this type of bearing can support radial and axial forces in one direction. It is commonly used as a support bearing, allowing axial displacement of the shaft relative to the housing in one direction. NJ bearings can also serve as locating bearings when combined with HJ angle rings (available separately), allowing for axial shaft location in both directions.
