Product Description
The NA48290SW-20024 Timken is a removable cone for a single-row tapered roller bearing, consisting of the inner ring and rollers. It pairs with a separately available cup to form a complete tapered roller bearing, designed to handle radial and axial forces in one direction. Its geometry prevents sliding and minimizes component wear, but a minimum load is required for proper operation. The separable cone and cup allow easy mounting and adjustment of axial clearance or preload during assembly.
