Product Description
The NA15117SW Timken is a removable cone designed for a single-row tapered roller bearing, consisting of the inner ring and rollers. When paired with a separate cup, this cone completes a durable tapered roller bearing, equipped to handle radial and axial forces in one direction. Its conical raceways and tapered rollers prevent sliding, minimizing wear while requiring a minimum load for ideal operation. Both cone and cup are easily mountable and adaptable for axial clearance or preload adjustments during assembly. For optimal performance and longevity, it is recommended to replace both components concurrently, and to use matching components from the same manufacturer to prevent potential bearing problems resulting from internal profile, material, or tolerance discrepancies.
