Product Description
The HM89444 Koyo (JTEKT) is a cone for a single-row tapered roller bearing, consisting of the inner ring and rollers. When paired with a separately available cup (outer ring), it forms a complete tapered roller bearing capable of absorbing radial and axial forces. Its design prevents sliding movements, minimizing wear. However, a minimum load is necessary for proper operation. The separable cone and cup can be easily mounted and adjusted for end play or preload. For reliable operation, it’s best to replace both components at the same time, and use parts from the same manufacturer to avoid potential bearing problems. Always combine the HM89444 Koyo (JTEKT) with a matching cup from the same manufacturer for optimal performance.
