Product Description
The HH234048V-20024 Timken is a single-row tapered roller bearing cone. It includes the inner ring and rollers of the bearing and can be combined with a separately available cup to form a complete tapered roller bearing. The design allows the bearing to absorb radial and axial forces in one direction, while preventing sliding movements between the raceways and rollers to minimize wear. It is easily mountable and allows for adjustment of axial clearance or preload during assembly. For reliable operation, it is recommended to replace both the cone and cup at the same time and to use components from the same manufacturer to avoid bearing problems caused by differences in internal profiles, material, and tolerances.
