Product Description
The HH234048V-20024 Timken is a single-row tapered roller bearing cone, consisting of the inner ring and rollers. When paired with a compatible cup, it forms a complete tapered roller bearing. With conical raceways and tapered rollers, it can efficiently handle radial and axial forces in one direction. Its design minimizes sliding movements, reducing component wear, but requires a minimum load for optimal performance. The separable cone and cup allow for easy mounting and adjustment of axial clearance or preload during assembly. For reliable operation, it is recommended to replace both cone and cup simultaneously from the same manufacturer to prevent potential bearing problems.
