Product Description
The H715345 SKF is a removable cone for a single-row tapered roller bearing. It includes the inner ring and rollers of the bearing and can be paired with a separately available cup to create a complete tapered roller bearing. Its conical raceways and tapered rollers enable it to handle radial and axial forces in one direction without sliding, minimizing wear. Proper bearing operation requires a minimum load, and the cone and cup can be easily assembled and adjusted for axial clearance or preload. For reliable operation, it’s recommended to replace the cone and cup together from the same manufacturer to avoid bearing problems due to differences in internal profiles, materials, and tolerances.
