Product Description
The GE55-SX Elges is a high-capacity spherical plain bearing with a steel-on-steel sliding contact. It consists of two rings – an inner ring with a convex outer surface and an outer ring with a concave inner surface. Its construction allows it to accommodate misalignment and carry heavy loads. This type of bearing is wear-resistant and durable, but requires regular maintenance and proper lubrication to reduce friction and prevent fouling and corrosion.
