Product Description
The GE17-UK Elges is a maintenance-free spherical plain bearing that features a steel-on-PTFE sliding contact. This two-piece plain bearing is designed with a convex outer surface on the inner ring and a concave inner surface on the outer ring, allowing it to handle high loads and accommodate misalignment. During operation, PTFE particles are deposited on the opposite running surface to create a smooth surface, ensuring a perfect fit between components.
