Product Description
The CK-395S SKF is a removable cone designed for a single-row tapered roller bearing. It consists of the inner ring and rollers and, when combined with the separately available cup, forms a complete tapered roller bearing. With conical raceways and tapered rollers, this design efficiently handles radial and axial forces in one direction.
The geometric qualities of tapered roller bearings prevent sliding movements between the raceways and rollers, minimizing component wear. Proper bearing operation requires a minimum load, and the separable cone and cup can be easily mounted and adjusted for end play or preload during assembly.
For reliable operation, it is recommended to replace both the cone and cup at the same time and to use components from the same manufacturer to avoid potential bearing problems caused by differences in internal profiles, material, and tolerances. Always match the CK-395S SKF with a compatible cup from the same manufacturer for optimal performance.
