Product Description
The 6389 Timken is a removable cone for a single-row tapered roller bearing, which includes the inner ring and rollers. When combined with a separately available cup, these parts form a complete tapered roller bearing designed to absorb radial and axial forces. The cone and cup are separable, allowing for easy mounting and adjustment of axial clearance or preload during assembly. It is recommended to replace the cone and cup simultaneously and to use matching components from the same manufacturer to prevent bearing problems.
