Product Description
The 4T-15102 NTN is a cone designed for a single-row tapered roller bearing, consisting of the inner ring and rollers. When paired with a separate cup (outer ring), it forms a complete tapered roller bearing. The conical raceways on the inner and outer rings, along with tapered rollers, allow the bearing to withstand radial and axial forces. This design also minimizes sliding movements between the components, reducing wear. Proper bearing operation requires a minimum load, and the separable cone and cup facilitate easy mounting and adjustment of axial clearance. For optimal performance, it’s recommended to replace both the cone and cup together, preferably from the same manufacturer to avoid potential bearing problems.
