Product Description
The 455 Peer is a removable inner ring and roller assembly for a single-row tapered roller bearing. It is designed to work alongside a separately available cup to form a complete bearing that can absorb radial and axial forces. The cone and cup have conical raceways and tapered rollers to prevent sliding and minimize wear. Proper assembly allows for adjustment of axial clearance or preload. For reliable operation, it is recommended to replace both cone and cup at the same time, preferably from the same manufacturer to prevent potential bearing problems.
