Product Description
The 346 Timken is a removable cone designed for a single-row tapered roller bearing, consisting of the inner ring and rollers. When combined with a separate cup, these components form a complete tapered roller bearing, capable of handling radial and axial forces in one direction. Its conical raceways and tapered rollers prevent sliding movements, minimizing component wear. Adjustable end play and preload allow for easy assembly and proper bearing operation. For reliable performance, it’s recommended to replace the cone and cup at the same time, using components from the same manufacturer to prevent potential bearing problems. Always pair the 346 Timken with a matching cup from the same manufacturer for optimal performance.
