Product Description
The 28137 NTN is a removable cone, functioning as the inner ring and rollers of a single-row tapered roller bearing. Paired with a separate cup, they form a complete bearing capable of withstanding radial and axial forces. The design prevents sliding movements, reducing wear, but a minimum load is necessary for proper operation. The cone and cup can be easily assembled, and the axial clearance or preload can be adjusted during the process. For optimal performance, it’s advisable to replace both cone and cup simultaneously and always use components from the same manufacturer to prevent potential bearing issues.
