Product Description
The 26883 Bower is a removable cone used in conjunction with a separately available cup to create a complete tapered roller bearing. Its unique design allows it to effectively absorb radial and axial forces in one direction. By preventing sliding movements between the raceways and rollers, it minimizes component wear. To ensure proper bearing operation, it is recommended to replace both the cone and cup at the same time and to use components from the same manufacturer. This will prevent potential bearing problems caused by differences in internal profiles, materials, and tolerances.
