Product Description
The 15103S/Q SKF is a removable cone for a single-row tapered roller bearing, made up of the inner ring and rollers. When paired with a separate cup, they create a complete tapered roller bearing capable of handling radial and axial forces. The design reduces sliding and wear, but requires a minimum load for proper operation. The cone and cup can be easily mounted and adjusted for axial clearance or preload. For reliable operation, it’s best to replace both components together, and to ensure they come from the same manufacturer to avoid compatibility issues.
