Product Description
The 51408 NSK is a single direction thrust ball bearing, designed for high rotational speeds. It consists of a shaft ring, housing ring, and a ball and cage assembly. These bearings can only be loaded axially in one direction, allowing a shaft to be locked in place. Additionally, the open design of the bearing allows for easy disassembly and separate mounting of components. However, it’s important to note that the bearing cannot compensate for any misalignment between the shaft and housing due to the flat seat design of the housing ring.
