Product Description
The 4T-560 NTN is a removable cone used for a single-row tapered roller bearing. It consists of the inner ring and rollers and can be paired with a separately available cup to form a complete bearing. Tapered roller bearings have conical raceways and tapered rollers, allowing them to absorb radial and axial forces. This design minimizes sliding movements, reducing component wear. It’s important to ensure a minimum load for proper operation. The cone and cup are separable and easy to mount, allowing for axial adjustment during assembly. For reliable operation, it’s recommended to replace the cone and cup together and to use components from the same manufacturer to prevent bearing problems. Always pair the 4T-560 NTN with a matching cup from the same manufacturer.
