5595 BCA Federal Mogul

Upgrade to the 5595 BCA Federal Mogul, a cone for a single-row tapered roller bearing. This removable cone includes the inner ring and rollers of the bearing and completes the tapered roller bearing when paired with a separate cup (or outer ring). With conical raceways on the inner and outer rings and tapered rollers, this design allows the bearing to handle radial and axial forces in one direction. The tapered roller bearings’ geometry prevents sliding movements between the raceways and rollers, minimizing component wear. Easy to mount and adjust end play or preload, the cone and cup are separable. For optimal functioning, it’s recommended to replace both the cone and cup at the same time, preferably from the same manufacturer, to avoid bearing problems caused by different internal bearing profiles, material differences, and tolerances.
