Product Description
The 47896R NSK is a removable cone for a single-row tapered roller bearing, consisting of the inner ring and rollers. When paired with a separate cup (or outer ring), it forms a complete tapered roller bearing capable of handling radial and axial forces. The conical raceways and tapered rollers prevent sliding movements, minimizing wear and requiring a minimum load for proper operation. The separable design allows for easy mounting and adjustment of axial clearance or preload during assembly. For reliable operation, it is recommended to replace the cone and cup together, preferably from the same manufacturer to avoid compatibility issues.
