Product Description
The 36690-20024 Timken is a cone component for a single-row tapered roller bearing. It includes the inner ring and rollers. When combined with a compatible cup (outer ring), it forms a complete tapered roller bearing. Tapered roller bearings are designed to handle both radial and axial forces and minimize wear by preventing sliding movements. Proper bearing operation requires a minimum load, and the cone and cup are easily mountable and adjustable for clearance or preload.
