Product Description
The HM218210/2A SKF is an outer ring for a single-row tapered roller bearing designed to be combined with a separately available cone to create a complete tapered roller bearing. Its conical raceways and roller elements allow it to absorb radial and axial forces. These bearings prevent sliding and require a minimum load for proper operation. The separable cone and cup make for easy mounting and adjustment of axial clearance or preload. For reliable operation, it is recommended to replace both the cone and cup at the same time and to use components from the same manufacturer to prevent potential bearing problems.
