Product Description
The HM218215 Timken is the outer ring cup for a single-row tapered roller bearing. When combined with a separately available cone, it forms a complete bearing capable of handling radial and axial forces in one direction. The design prevents sliding movements between the raceways and rollers, reducing wear. It is easy to mount and allows for axial clearance and preload adjustment during assembly. For optimal performance, replace both the cone and cup at the same time and use components from the same manufacturer to prevent bearing problems.
