Product Description
The 14137 Timken is a removable cone that includes the inner ring and rollers of a single-row tapered roller bearing. When combined with a separate cup, these parts form a complete tapered roller bearing. The design allows the bearing to withstand radial and axial forces in one direction. Its geometric properties prevent sliding between the raceways and rollers, minimizing component wear, although a minimum load is necessary for proper operation. The separable cone and cup make mounting and adjusting axial clearance or preload straightforward.
