Product Description
The 15580 SKF cone is a component of a single-row tapered roller bearing, including the inner ring and rollers. When paired with a separate cup, it forms a complete tapered roller bearing with conical raceways and rollers that can handle radial and axial forces in one direction. Its design prevents sliding movements between the raceways and rollers, minimizing wear. Proper bearing operation requires a minimum load, and both the cone and cup can be easily mounted and adjusted. For optimal performance, it’s recommended to replace both components at the same time and use matching parts from the same manufacturer.
