NA569 Timken

The 569 Timken is a cone for a single-row tapered roller bearing. It consists of the inner ring and rollers of the bearing and is designed to work with a separately available cup to form a complete tapered roller bearing. The conical raceways and tapered rollers allow the bearing to absorb radial and axial forces. Tapered roller bearings prevent sliding movements between the raceways and rollers, minimizing component wear. Proper bearing operation requires a minimum load. The separable cone and cup can be easily mounted, and end play or preload can be adjusted during assembly. For reliable operation, it’s best to replace both the cone and cup at the same time and use components from the same manufacturer to prevent bearing problems. Always combine the 569 Timken with a matching cup from the same manufacturer for optimal performance.
