Product Description
The 33281-30000 Timken is a single-row tapered roller bearing cone, consisting of the inner ring and rollers. When combined with a separately available cup (outer ring), these parts create a complete tapered roller bearing, capable of absorbing radial and axial forces in one direction. The design of tapered roller bearings minimizes component wear by preventing sliding movements between the raceways and rollers. It also allows for easy assembly and adjustments of end play or preload. For reliable operation, it’s recommended to replace both the cone and cup at the same time, using components from the same manufacturer to prevent bearing problems caused by differences in internal profiles, materials, and tolerances.
