Product Description
The 36620BPREC.3 Timken is an outer ring cup designed for a single-row tapered roller bearing. When combined with a separately available cone, it forms a complete tapered roller bearing with conical raceways and rollers for absorbing radial and axial forces. The flange feature allows for easy axial placement in a housing, resulting in a more compact and simple bearing design. The separable cup and cone allow for easy mounting and adjustment of axial clearance or preload during assembly. For reliable operation, it’s best to replace both the cup and cone at the same time, preferably from the same manufacturer to avoid bearing problems.
