Product Description
The 53362X Timken is an outer ring cup designed to be paired with a separately available cone to form a complete single-row tapered roller bearing. This bearing design allows for absorption of radial and axial forces in one direction, with greater axial load capacity as the angle between the outer ring and the bearing’s center line increases. The conical raceways and roller elements prevent sliding movements, minimizing component wear. It’s important to replace both the cone and cup at the same time for reliable operation, and to use components from the same manufacturer to prevent bearing problems due to differences in internal bearing profiles, material, and tolerances.
