Product Description
The HM89444 Timken is a removable cone used in a single-row tapered roller bearing. It consists of the inner ring and rollers, and when combined with a compatible cup, forms a complete bearing. The conical raceways and tapered rollers allow the bearing to absorb radial and axial forces. This design minimizes wear and allows for easy mounting and adjustment of axial clearance or preload. For optimal performance, it is recommended to replace both the cone and cup simultaneously, using components from the same manufacturer to prevent potential bearing issues.
