Product Description
The HM89446 Timken is a removable cone for a single-row tapered roller bearing, consisting of the inner ring and rollers. When paired with a separately available cup, it forms a complete tapered roller bearing that can handle both radial and axial forces in one direction. Its design minimizes wear by preventing sliding movements, and it allows for easy mounting and adjustment of axial clearance or preload. For reliable operation, it’s recommended to replace both the cone and cup simultaneously and to use parts from the same manufacturer to avoid bearing problems.
