Product Description
The 108142 Timken is an outer ring that pairs with a separately available cone to form a complete tapered roller bearing. Its conical design allows it to absorb radial and axial forces and prevent sliding movements, minimizing component wear. It can easily be mounted and adjusted for proper operation. For reliable performance, it’s best to replace both the cone and cup at the same time and use components from the same manufacturer to prevent bearing problems.
