Product Description
The 25132 Timken is a cone designed for a single-row tapered roller bearing. This removable cone consists of the inner ring and rollers of the bearing. Together with a separately available cup, these parts form a complete tapered roller bearing. The design enables the bearing to absorb radial and axial forces in one direction. The geometry of the bearing prevents sliding movements between the raceways and rollers, minimizing component wear. Proper bearing operation requires a minimum load, and the cone and cup can be easily mounted and adjusted for end play or preload. For reliable operation, it is best to replace the cone and cup at the same time and use components from the same manufacturer to prevent bearing problems. Always combine the 25132 Timken with a matching cup from the same manufacturer for optimal performance.
