Product Description
The 493 FAG is an outer ring cup designed for a single-row tapered roller bearing. When combined with a separate cone, it forms a complete tapered roller bearing. The conical raceways and roller elements allow for the absorption of radial and axial forces in a single direction. It’s important to replace both the cone and cup at the same time for reliable operation, ideally using components from the same manufacturer to avoid potential bearing problems.
